Step 1
You can place your order in one of several ways, although we always find email is the quickest and easiest:

However we will not accept orders verbally over the phone as this can lead to errors.

Dont forget to include your contact details, the products or services you're after, any engraving details and/or logos you have, and the date you need the work completed by.

Step 2
We will then either provide you with a quote or contact you if we need further information.

Step 3 - Payment
You will then need to make a payment of at least 20% of the value of the total order for work to commence, with total payment required before your order is dispatched. We accept payment by Credit Card thru PayPal, by direct deposit to our Bank Account, or by Cheque.

Artproof
In most cases we will send you an artproof so you can check that the engraving is correct and to your satisfaction before we commence the work.
Most engraving is permanent and once done cannot be undone or corrected so please check your artproof carefully.

Company Logos & Graphics
We can accept logos and graphics in a wide variety of file formats, our preferred vector formats for quality are:
Corel Draw 13 or earlier versions
Adobe Illustrator CS or earlier versions
EPS
Also the following bitmap formats (saved 150 to 600dpi):
TIF
GIF
BMP

JPG

Logos that have been copied from web sites in most cases are unsuitable as they are too low quality.

If an electronic version isn't available we can also try to scan logos from letterheads or other printed matter. Please be aware that if we need to redraw or cleanup your logo then an artwork setup fee will apply.

Artwork Setup Fee
An artwork setup fee may be charged to setup a logo or a photo for an engraving job. Setup fees (including GST) are:
Logo Setup: $66.00
Photo Setup: $132.00

Engraving details and lists
If your order involves a lot of text or names, it helps us considerably if you can email the details as either a Excel, Word, or text file.

Safe Packaging and Delivery
Our care and attention to detail doesn't stop once we've finished your engraving. As many of our clients are located Australia wide, we go the extra distance to ensure all items are packaged carefully for transport to ensure they arrive undamaged.
